Purchasing Gift Cards
Purchasing a gift card is simple! Just follow these steps:
- Select your country and preferred gift card brand
- Choose the amount you want to purchase (from $50 to $5000)
- Enter the recipient's email address
- Select your payment method (bank transfer or cryptocurrency)
- Complete the payment and your gift card will be delivered instantly
We currently support gift card purchases for the following countries:

- Australia
- Germany
- France
- Japan
- India
- Brazil
- Mexico

The minimum gift card amount is $50 and the maximum is $5000. You can use our slider or manually enter any amount within this range.
Currently, you can purchase one gift card per transaction. If you need multiple gift cards, you'll need to complete separate transactions for each one.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer - Direct bank transfers with detailed instructions provided
- Cryptocurrency - Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, and USDC
Credit/debit card payments are currently not available in all countries due to regional restrictions.
When you select cryptocurrency as your payment method:
- Choose your preferred cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, or USDC)
- We'll generate a unique wallet address and QR code for your transaction
- Send the exact amount of cryptocurrency shown to the provided address
- Once we receive the payment (usually within 10-30 minutes depending on the blockchain), your gift card will be delivered
- You'll need to provide the transaction hash for verification
We charge a 5% processing fee to cover transaction costs, including:
- Blockchain network fees for cryptocurrency transactions
- Bank transfer processing fees
- Platform maintenance and security
- Customer support services
Even with this fee, you're still saving significantly with our 50% discount on gift card face values.
Bank transfers typically take 1-3 business days to process. Once we receive and verify your payment, we'll immediately deliver your gift card. Make sure to include the reference number we provide so we can match your payment to your order.
Delivery & Receiving
Your gift card will be delivered via email to the recipient address you provide during checkout. The email will contain:
- The gift card code
- Instructions on how to redeem it
- The gift card amount and brand
- Any terms and conditions
Delivery is instant once payment is confirmed.
If you haven't received your gift card:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify that you entered the correct email address
- Wait a few minutes as delivery can sometimes be slightly delayed
- Check your order history for delivery status
- If you still haven't received it, contact our support team with your order number
Once a gift card has been delivered, we cannot change the recipient email address as the code has already been sent. If you need to change the email address before delivery, please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
Gift card validity depends on the brand:
- Most gift cards do not expire
- Some may have expiration dates (typically 1-5 years)
- Specific terms will be included in your delivery email
We recommend using your gift card as soon as possible to ensure you don't forget about it!
Troubleshooting
If your gift card code isn't working:
- Double-check that you've entered the code correctly
- Ensure you're redeeming it on the correct website (the brand's official site)
- Check if there are any regional restrictions
- Verify that the gift card hasn't expired
- Contact the retailer's customer support for assistance
- If the issue persists, contact our support team with your order details
Due to the nature of digital gift cards, we generally do not offer refunds once a gift card has been delivered. However, we may make exceptions in certain circumstances:
- If the gift card is defective and cannot be redeemed
- If there was an error in the order process
- If the gift card hasn't been delivered due to a system error
Please contact our support team if you believe you qualify for a refund.
It's crucial to send the exact amount shown during checkout. If you send:
- Too little: We'll contact you to request the remaining balance
- Too much: We'll refund the excess amount minus any transaction fees
- Wrong cryptocurrency: We may not be able to process your payment and will need to arrange a solution
Always double-check the amount and cryptocurrency type before sending your payment.
