• Processing payments through various methods including bank transfers and cryptocurrency
• Delivering digital gift cards to specified email addresses
• Providing customer support for gift card purchases

We strive to ensure our Services are available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend Services for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Reside in a country where our Services are available
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and purchase

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All gift card purchases through Euzupay are subject to the following payment terms:

• Prices are displayed in your local currency where available
• We charge a 5% processing fee on all transactions
• We offer a 50% discount on the face value of gift cards
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC)
• All payments are final and non-refundable once a gift card has been delivered

All content included on our platform, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Euzupay or our content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our Services without express written permission
• Use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our consent
• Use automated systems to access our Services in a manner that sends more request messages than a human could reasonably produce

You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any laws in your jurisdiction
• Using our Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Using our Services to transmit malware or engage in phishing
• Purchasing gift cards with fraudulent payment methods
• Reselling gift cards purchased through our platform for commercial purposes without authorization

We reserve the right to terminate your account and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euzupay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Services
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on our Services
• Any other matter relating to our Services

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing use of our Services and closing your account.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or applicable laws
• Creates risk or possible legal exposure for Euzupay
• Could harm our users or third parties

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. When we make changes, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of our Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
